Questions.
Is a charger included?
No, no chargers or cables are included. Duock is designed around the official Apple MagSafe charger, which you will need to supply. Duock with Apple Watch uses your own Apple Watch or AirPods charger.
Can I charge my Watch and AirPods at the same time?
Duock with Apple Watch fits one at a time, either an Apple Watch or AirPods.
Will it work with a case on?
Slim MagSafe-compatible cases work well. Very thick or rugged cases may not sit correctly.
What is it made from?
Each Duock is 3D printed to order in the UK, with a ribbed finish and a weighted base.
How long does delivery take?
Each Duock is made to order and dispatched from the UK in 3-5 days. Postage is £4.49 in the UK, £15.99 to the US and £13.00 to the rest of the world. Prices convert to your local currency at checkout.
Is this the launch price?
Yes, these are launch prices. From 16 November, Duock will be £21.99 and Duock with Apple Watch will be £22.99.
Why "Duock"?
It's Duo plus dock. Say it "dew-ock".
