DUOCK Shop is run by Mucha Labs Ltd in the UK. This page explains what we handle when you visit or order, and how to change your cookie choice.
Ordering and payment
Orders are processed by Stripe. Your name, delivery address, email address, ordered items and payment details go to Stripe when you check out, and Stripe emails your receipt. We do not keep order records in this website; your order lives in our Stripe account. You can ask us about an order at rich@muchalabs.com.
Essential browser storage
Your basket is kept in your browser for the current visit, and an anonymous identifier in your browser lets us show a genuine count of how many people currently have an item in their basket. Neither of these is used for advertising and neither builds a profile of you. They are always on because the shop cannot work without them.
Advertising measurement, only with your permission
If you accept cookies, we measure how our adverts on Facebook and Instagram bring people to this site. This shares limited data, such as a browser identifier and the pages you view here, with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd as the recipient. It runs only while your choice allows it.
In the UK, the EEA and anywhere else we cannot tell that consent is not required, nothing is shared until you accept. In other regions you can still stop it at any time, as below.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use the Cookies link in the footer of any page. Your current choice stays in place until you change it, and declining switches advertising measurement off straight away. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
