14-day returns

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of receiving your Duock to request a return. Change-of-mind returns must be undamaged.

Email rich@muchalabs.com with your order details. We will provide the return address and instructions, including any applicable return-postage arrangements, before you send it back.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, contact us so we can put it right. The undamaged condition for change-of-mind returns does not apply to faulty items. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
